Grilled meats, seasonal vegetables, or wood-fired pizzas for a relaxed vibe.Â

Raise a Glass: Wine at the Heart of the Party
This is wine country—your drinks should reflect that.
Â
Welcome Drinks:Â
Serve Alta Langa sparkling wine or a fresh white like Arneis.
Â
Or you could serve a Limoncello Spritz.
Â

INGREDIENTS:
2 parts Limoncello
1 part lemon juice from good-quality lemons, preferably from Amalfi (!) or organic
Zest from a lemon (again, organic is best!)
3 parts Prosecco
1 part sparkling water (the bubblier, the better)
Ice cubes
Mint
HOW TO MAKE IT:
Fill a glass with ice.
First pour the Prosecco over the ice, then add the Limoncello, and finally the lemon juice.
Add the sparkling water (like Farris or a similar type).
Grate a bit of lemon zest on top for flavor and decoration.
Stir gently and serve!
Wine
Meal Pairings
Barolo, Barbera, or Dolcetto for reds; Timorasso or Gavi for whites.
Dessert Wines & Toasts:Â
